ahhhhh.... i'm only 24 but i suppose i'll have to half my age on it, when i was 12 i wish i knew that labels stuck and first impressions counted. I wish I'd known how great my family are and how much they loves me instead of thinking they were so strict and mean lol. I wish i'd known to have more respect for myself as a female instead of worrying so much about what men tought. I wish i'd known how words can affect people. I wish i'd known not to take things so to heart and let dark toughts in. i wish i'd known how important school actually is and how it can affect how quickly your life takes off after if you do well and last but not least i'd wish i'd known how crap i'd be at poker and i'd have began at twelve to get a head start. hahaha

this thread is the wrong way round, i knew EVERYTHING at 20, how to program a VCR , how much i could drink, i knew i would never have the urge to get married and have kids, i knew i'd be young and invincible for ever, i knew i could drive at warp speed 10 and never crash, i knew i could go out on a friday and not get home till daft o'clock and still get up for work on saturday , i knew i could lie in bed till 1 or 2 on a sunday, i knew i could eat chocolate and cakes and not put on weight
now i'm 41 ....................how the mcchuff does sky+ work? why can't i drink as much as i used to? why is my hair greying? why does every one drive so fast? i can't go out friday cos i got work on saturday, why can't i stay in bed on a sunday? where has all that lose skin come from?

Things I knew at 40 but wished I had known at 20. Some things are simple if only we were told. When going to fill your car with fuel 95% of fuel caps are now lockable so you have to use the car keys to open the fuel cap. You now have your car keys in the fuel cap and what to do with this clump ….. well most people I see filling their car simply put them on the roof of the car while they fill the tank. This tends to scratch the car roof with the keys and also gets fuel stains on the roof from the cap. Well did you know that on 95% of cars have a small hook on the fuel cap door so that you can hang your car keys and fuel cap there. No scratches and no stains on the roof. Have a look next time you fill up!! Andy
