Nice journal Chris, but your posts are always entertaining. The internet reccomends using strawberries ,bananas ,pineapple mangoes and papayas along with mild greens like spinach kale or even dandelion leaves, it also recommends cutting the beets up quite small, happy experimenting should be quite interesting.
I also connect my lap-top to my tv but I use a HDMI cable, my main system is on a 3 monitor set up and I still can't have enough windows on show at times, but that's de to the different racing sites I have open
Dandelion and beetroot? they make dandelion and burdock (whatever that is) and if you like a bit of heat in your juice try adding half a chillie
Firstly I am not missing my drink but the last week has been stress free so I will wait and see how I feel when/if im having a bad day before I say any more
Morning game was an early exit but I am employing new tactics, it's 12 points for the win or nowt lol.
my.888 is spammer free at the moment, hope im not tempting fate here, so that also makes my days easier.
Suns out but its cold and I am still struggling to find a horse for my free bet which expires early tomorrow.
Found one yesterday but bottled it and it dead heated @ 10-1
I have my 3 TV's all set up for my PC Ray, 50", 42" and 32" but I find I am not using more than the 1 mostly these days.
The 42" is also my gaming TV although obviously I can move the cables around as I like.
I used the AVG cable as my laptop hasn't got a HDMI slot although it has got a slot that looks like it should be one so I will have to check it out later. It's a HP 8440p elitebook bought 2nd hand from ebay.
I am planning on getting some more things to try for juicing today but as I am so very, very fussy with what I eat I don't know how adventurous I will be.
It's sugars I have to watch but I will know more about that after my appointment on the 11th.
Yes, you do make me laugh too, Cryptic. Used to love those old Les Dawson sketches...them were the days ey!
Just dusted off my "Miracle Juices" book and here are a couple with beetroot for you:
What's up Brocc (apparantly good for the immune system) - 8oz broccoli, 6oz carrot, 2oz beetroot
Heart Beet - 4oz beetroot, 4oz watercress, 4oz red onion, 8 oz carrot. 1 garlic clove (apparantly onion and garlic thin the blood, watercress oxygenates the blood and beetroot builds up the red blood cells)
