Sorry I thought the player/s however many there are, were banned from 888 due to collusion and other things. Seems I am getting mixed up somewhere. I must admit I do like the security checks carried out by some sites when you make an initial registration request for an account.

Well Im in two minds about this. Having gone out to kristy on the final table I do feel quite hard done by, but I guess anyone could say that regardless of position. I would be interested to see how many he/she did take out, the last five hands were crazy. Given this persons past history has the possibility that he/she had more than 1 seat at the tournament been looked at? tbh its left a bit of a bitter taste, but as I can't suggest a more viable option than the one taken, I'll just say 'well done rdxpetn' Sharky

ok, heres the thing. Obviously the comeback of gilliot would leave a bad taste in all our mouths especially for the members who took it all in first hand. But shall we not give all the power back to him by letting him take a big stink in our first tourny? I personally would rather not, lets make it about the people who this affected. Now rino, before you think about your losses, let me remind you that there are 19 of these tournys, taken 18 now. Do you really beleive that you're not going to take away at least 1 win to all this? They pay out is only 11 bucks. Don't worry your time will come, you are after all the reigning forum king. Sheep I believe very heavily that your win will also come in due time, although I feel that this affected you the most. Incubus as moderator of the forums handled this matter both firmly and fairly, both solving the problem and takeing a text book resolve to the runner up. The diligence also by incubus, was very admirable, solving this matter bright monday morning. I think all our lives would be greatly soured if there was no action taken on gilliot. So lets appreciate the fact that this only spoiled the 1st tourny and not all 19. So as the great community that we are, lets cut our losses and make the next 18 tournys the best poker we possibly can, forget the weakness, focusing on the strengths and merrily move on. As per the result, the only real completely fair options are, resort to #2 or to replay the whole thing. I personally don't care which and have heard much support for Inc's decision so I too go with the crowd to support the conclusion. I look forward to the next event where I hope to have another chance to catch C. G. with his hand in the cookie jar.

Am I not right in thinking 2 won the seat in the friday freeroll? Have you taken that into account? I still fail to see the point of any freerolls for this if the object is to get money in the pot. Run weekday sats at $5+ 50c a go for it, 1 in 3 get a seat, maybe then the entry level will increase.

I would agree with Cryptic on that. Small sats for entry into the main games would be much better than the freerolls,at least then money is still going in the prize kitty. What about having a restricted 3 seat SnG under the sng tab,then we could just join and wait for others to start,at the same time it would be advertising the game to others who may show interest and sign up.
