Hi Larion Welcome to the community! If you open the lobby to the game you will see a 'more info' link in the top right hand corner. Click this. On the page that opens up is a box with advertising halfway down on the right hand side. This give details on how to gain entry to the tournament, but you will fine it involves making a deposit using a promotion code. Hope that helps.
