Im confused...i have theswe tickets in the inbox..i go to lobby of one of these $10,000 freerolls and try to register and it says--->>> I have no tickets
so why won't they work (my tickets).. why can't i register am i missing something..any help would be greatly appreciated ..and to my knowledge they dont say expired.

In your email you have to clikck on the link in order to enable them.
Then you can register.
On 888 lobby under My profile is My Tourney tickets,
Those market as In Use have been probably used by you.

ok if that is the case why do i keep gettting you have tickets in your email box every time i log on...i have never used one of those tickets to a $10,000 and i never get links in my own email client to click on...to play these games..it be so much easier if they were only on site to click on...im so confused..i play poker and never had so many issues playing freerolls..its a freeroll why do u need tickets...just asking.

If you have not received the email with the details of the promotion then you will not be on the Promotion/Information mailing list. This can sometimes happen if you have refused or marked an 888 mail as spam in the past. To rectify this all you need to do, as Dub suggested, is to email support@888poker.com giving them your 888 username and email address, requesting to be added to the mailing list.

The notification is general for all players and it's their way to promote it.
if you got an email in your inbox saying:
Here’s 2 10,000 USD Freeroll tickets
then down in the middle is a blue link saying:
Click & claim your 2 Tickets here
i can't point any other freerolls with 2x10k$ and 8k max players.

I mentioned this last week .. to no avail.. I was told it would be forwarded to those who look after this sort of thing.
I registered for the 10,000 free rolls on the email and have consistently played over the required amount of games specified and still I have not recieved another email regarding the tickets and when I look to see if I have been awarded the tickets without an email I found there were none.
I have also recieved a message that the server for these tickets was down & to try again at a later Time
So In Short ; For the last two weeks the promo has not & is not valid ?
And if not .../. whats going on ... there are only two mare days left this promo event.
And BY THE WAY ...I have funds in my account ao whats with all these annoying POP UPS ...sorry fer yellin folks , but this has become very irratable. for me as well as an abundance of others.

With the email I recieved it said the tourneys would end on 2/11/2012.
In short the above indicates Quote : ( if the promotor decides not to do what it say`s its going to then its just too danged bad for the clients who registered for the promotion ) and played at thier own cost of time and $ , Very , Very disrepectfull to the clients of the Worlds TOP ranked poker site.Of which I might add I have been a member of for the last 4 1/2 years. Yes I am taking this personaly because it directly affects me.
I mean no disrespect to anyone and there are many here who know me on a personal basis. We call each other Friends and have enjoyed one anothers company at the tables and the Birthday Bash as well as many live tournaments in Ireland & England . We flew from Canada to celebrate with our friends.

The tournaments do run until the 5th Rick, but with supports 48 hours to reply it's really not going to help you now
It's so dissapointing to read of issues of this kind, I hope they sort something for you m8

I dont have any great expectations , I think it might be someone made a complaint that I was an 888 company player ..or ringer , something of that nature. Its the only thing I can think of that could have possibly happened.
Me a ringer , ha ha , silly minds eh ? I know more about astrophysics than I do poker ..lol...did I spell that right..lmao.
