ive not been on for a while so thought id try a forum game , managed to get down to last 3 in 2nd position , i have never seen so much cheating in my life , the chip leader dumping chips to his mate , never raiseing his big blinds even though he was short stack , always raising mine , he had huge stack, it was  shocking , didnt expect that in a forum game , not like it was for alot of money. shocking

Thats not good, i cant see in lobby who it was as game has gone, but id be pretty sure its not a regular members.
Any form of chip dumping in games will get looked at, so you should send the hand history of game to be checked out.

And was the chip dumping obvious to be seen? For example the chip leader raising pre and then folding to a re-raise where it only costs a few blinds to call?

He didn’t dump to much it was more the fact he never raised or called his mates B.B. 14 times I counted in a row and he raised mine 90% of the time , he was huge stack , he had around 28k , me 8k , and his m8 2.5k
Both same country , fintin77 or something his name was

May just be good play. He wants the short stack in as it makes stealing your big blind easier. He or she has taken advantage of you having your eye on second place plus if he steels your blind often enough he now has 2 players that cannot dent his stack. By all means send the hand history to support, but in this case, how you describe it, sounds legit to me

Like Grump says this is a tactic i use when 4 handed in sngs to put the pressure on the next big stack as they would rather hang on to the money spot than bubbling.
Now when you are in this situation and you see the betting pattern happening like this and you are the one 2nd in chips and they are raising you, you can counter this play by 3 betting back, you will often find that they will just fold, occasionaly they do wake up with a hand but hopefully its just a 60-40 spot.
