i've been in constant email with support over the last week and a half over this and i still keep getting the same answers, first it was that i wasnt eligiible and then it was changed to you should get a pop up when you open 888 which never happened either, and i never unsubscribed from a promo list :(

i received an email from support today telling me how i was sent an email about it which i wasnt and also that i am now eligible and can register in the tourney lobby, so i tried to rego and i'm not able to what a shambles that was support did my head in over this it was really bad how it was dealt with and now i hear people are getting emails about the 10k and 3k freeroll saying to rego, no email for me though wtf like i play 888 every single day why am i being shafted by promo's and the newbies on the site are well looked after with freerolls

I've sent a mail to have this issue looked into guys. I am awaiting a response to see what the problem could be.

i got an email bout two weeks ago or less apologising for the inconvenience and that i would be able to register for the next lg freeroll which is on tonight, and as usual............... no surprise............. whats that saying,,,,, couldnt organise i ?????? in a brewery. and i aint even going to bother emailing in support i dont have the patience for another ten replies from people who clearly can not deal with simple questions

Hi Sarah,
I forwarded your mail Support and was informed that you were sent an e-mail letting you know that you were eligible for the January 4th tournament. However, the tournament above is from last night, so there is a discrepancy here. Why are you trying to play in last night's if you were made eligible for the one on the 4th? Anyhow, you are eligible for the one on the 18th, so please let me know if you have issues getting in that one too.
