Hello Steffieshadz, thankyou for participating in this thread. We are distressed to learn of your difficulties in accessing bonus rewards for depositing. I hope that Apachetear's kind suggestion has assisted. Please let us know if you require more advice on this topic. Please explain how you would like to see rewards and bonuses administered. it be a lot easier if you did not have to use livechat to get bonuses rewarded..
i was told yesterday.. for every $50 you deposit ..there is a ten dollar bonus..im still waiting..
i think it would work better if it was just automatic.. or 888 possibly could send you bonus code via email.
Yes I agree with your points Steffieshadz. I would prefer if the bonuses were Auto-added when you deposit. Mostly I have not bothered to gain bonuses when depositing in the past. Say one time in five or fewer even. Usually when I am depositing I am not in the mood for a session with the livechat so mostly I decline it. There could be an option to substitute the auto bonus system with a specific offer ( eg Moroccan Tourney Aussie Tourney, Manchester football ). The email suggestion already occurs in many instances. I think 888 bonuses-point rewards are good though. I gained the impression from your posts that the live session chat linked to the cashier was not producing bonus offers in your case. I do hope 888 makes you a bonus offer soon.

Your impression was correct, twice this month ive used a prepaid visa card and had trouble with it, rang up but ran out of credit, the person i was speaking to at that time offered $10 bonus.. when explaining to livechat, they informed me that i would have to contact support for the bonus.. lol i gave up..
though in saying that - i have got some bonus.. got that $5 a month one a few times.. really all in all ive had minor issues..
Lead me not into temptation... OH HELL.. just follow me.. i know a shortcut.........

Thankyou Steffieshadz for your confirmation of experiencing minor difficulties with the live chat and support systems. It would seem a shame that live chat staff are not able to link dirrectly with the authorising support team so that you do not have to telephone. ( I have in my memory over the years never telephoned 888 ). I have had a lackadaisical approach to bonus application processes, based on the incorrect assumption, that if I cannot make profit cash from the cash tables, the bonuses would just prolong the losing. It seems Steffieshadz you deserve an additional bonus as compensation for the minor difficulties you have experienced. I still believe that 888 is the most generous of poker facilities.
