Why is it I never get emails to play in special tournaments? Like the bonusbox promotion or this new $10,000 frenzy freeroll celebrating 40 million mtts. I play on this site everyday.

Hi Arad  Welcome to the community! I do understand your frustration but please refrain from swearing. It was posted in the forum this morning that there has been a delay in some people receiving the Freeroll Frenzy email due to a problem earlier today. Hopefully you will be receiving yours soon.

I do understand your frustration but please refrain from swearing. It was posted in the forum this morning that there has been a delay in some people receiving the Freeroll Frenzy email due to a problem earlier today. Hopefully you will be receiving yours soon.
So how long do I wait? A week, a month, a year, in my next life?
There are few things I hate more in forums online than when someone edits my post, or when swearing is prohibited. Usually because children might use those forums and reading a swear word would..what.. make their brains explode?
Surely this is an adults only forum, what reason is there here to ban swearing?

our apologies Arad, i am sorry we cannot stoop down to your level of communication, but if our words are over your head, please pm me a message and I will translate for you. I am a gentleman on this site, but I was born on the back-streets, so I have no problem doing this for you. this is called forum community spirit.
you are new to this forum and maybe new to 888, where nothing happens quickly. you are probably frustrated for a lack of response, which I can understand, but there are better ways of getting your point across.
as wkd has mentioned, notify support @ 888 and give them all you want, however you want, just don't do it here

it doesnt hurt to be polite , theres a right way to go about things & a wrong way. i find that if your polite you will get alot more respect than using bad language or have a bad attitude. just my oppinion.
