Hi, Ive been playing poker on 888.com for the last few weeks – until I tried to connect with new telstra wireless internet. I have a sierra wireless modem. I have no idea what the problem is, normal browsing works fine, but I simply cannot access any of the pages on the 888.com website, and when I open the software, It loads for about 30 seconds and then says "cannot connect". Ive got all my AV software turned off, and have been able to open the poker software and connect via different ISP's without any troubles at all. It seems to be a specific problem with telstra. Any help would be greatly appreciated, please let me know if theres any other helpful information I can provide. Thanks!

Sorry i'm not familiar with Austrailian internet or it's suppliers but have you phoned the telstra wireless internet people up and explain it to them and they may be able to see where your going wrong m8.

Hey,
yep tried all that. Rang them and they "reset" the modem and stuff, didnt do a thing, still cant connect to the 888 website or the software (yet every other site works fine)

no issues with BIG POND in any part of OZ for me m8
try uninstalling 888 from your PC when your able to browse
then reloading from this forum download
