I am pretty sure this issue has been raised on several occasions before. I raise it again because I think it needs attention fairly urgently. Ten players left in a tournament, six on one table and four on the other, if you are short to mid-stacked and on the table with four players, this is a serious disadvantage. I remember reading and commenting on this months ago. Can you please get this glitch sorted out, it can make the difference between getting into the prize money or not. Ta

A "starting!" point Wkd ? They have had knowledge of this for months mate, as stated in my initial post. And as for which tourney ? As Sarah says, it happens regular as clockwork. As I said earlier, I believe there was a thread on this subject months and months ago, and if memory serves it was reported that it was being attended to. Clearly whomever was attending to it has gone on a fairly lengthy sabbatical. But maybe you could highlight it to Sean once more Wkd, and he can chase up what action, if any, is being taken

I meant a 'starting' point for your particular complaint Para, not the issue as a whole. And, yes, there are other threads addressing the same problem. Whether the fix was implemented or not I don't know, but if it was, it obviously isn't working. Does it effect one type of tournament and not another? I don't know that either but getting details of tournaments effected would help find out.
In reporting any issue regarding the poker tables it is routine to give the tournament details you were playing in, it gets it looked at quicker. I was trying to help and it was always my intention to highlight it.

sounds a bit tetchy that does Wkd, not certain why tbh I certainly wasnt being off with you. It is fairly apparent that the problem has been highlighted on a number of previous occasions, I remember a response from HQ via Sean that it would be attended to. That was a good few months ago and the problem has NEVER gone away, it is a regular thing on a daily basis. So, as previously stated the problem simply has NOT been attended to mate, and imo its high time it was. I recall a previous thread when were asked to be patient on this matter, I think a period of 4 months + is pretty patient.

Sean has not yet recieved a timeline for this issue, he is out of the office until the 9th of Jan and is unable to look into it any further detail until then.
