So when is this issue going to be addressed as it is stilll happening and we have had several updates, this was posted several months ago.
This just one of many issuess that have been brought to your attention and you have chosen to ignore or give no response to.

... and in tonight's London superstack qualifier ... 
four on my table and seven on the other - 10 qualify for the superstack. Tables not balanced due to being in hand for hand mode. Not impressed.

When game gets down to hand for hand and 1 table has 6 and the other 4 it makes the game not fair for the table with 4, surely this is easy to sort out?

This issue is in the pipeline to be fixed. I have escalated the issue with high priority and expect a fix to come soon. I will update you as soon as I know more -thanks.

Thanks for the update Sean ... it happened again on the London Superstack qualifier tonight. 7 on the other table, 5 on ours. Eventually lost one on the other table. 10 got seats - next hand lordgilfie ended up bubbling with KK getting outraced by A6o. I don't think he's on the forum, but any chance you can do something for him?
