cant get lobby up in challenge and its annoying as would like to players nbs postions etc

i cant even download the software so im totally stuffed someone please give me advice i dont know if its me being stupid or is it my laptop or is this part of the problems 888 are having i cant even contact thier support

If you could give us some more information like what type is your laptop ie Mac etc. Did you ever run 888 poker on it before and if so did you uninstall it properly etc.

hi mate its a dell laptop running xp i had it on and used it daily until 2 days ago when i couldnt sign in i thought it was a problem my end so tried repairing it in control panel that didnt work so i uninstalled it ,went to 888poker homepage but it just wont download im pretty sure ive deleted all the folders and such but it still wouldnt download so i called the toll free number and one of the ladies at 888 emailed me a link it is downloading now so ill post again when it finishes to let youknow if it worked or not cheers

Hi Bas ive the same issues since to 3 weeks - every start of the software --i must uninstall it ----and install it new ... sick -thats the reason i cant play momently on 888 ---cause if the software goes down when u are playing u are the idiot

Can not access the patform from my laptop or Android - just stuck on loading from laptop and technical error from Android.
I get the feeling there has been problems on and off all week, anyone know exactly what is happening and who is going to get fired as a result?
Hope this is resolved in time for me to enter the 100k qualifier otherwise I will be miffed!
