Hello reg , I am sorry about your update problems. This happens by times and is resolved in quick and smart fashion from what I have seen. PS. these problems do happen at other sites even those of which you spoke .
Raped you say ... hummmm well I tend to disagree , being a minnow(small fish) myself I have not found a site that is more helpful. Believe me I have checked out many and no I will not mention which and when . If you are going to swim , pick the ponds (games) in which your ability enables you to survive and grow .... Don't jump into the ponds (games) with the sharks and then whine when you get bit . personally whenever my BR allows I look forward to swimming with the sharks because of what I can learn .

Yeah, i guess i was a bit harsh.By being raped, i did not mean the players, but by the owners.
Its just its so frustrating that this company makes millions and still having these problems.
Oh well, uninstall and reinstall for the fourth time.

I just logged on and had the update installed. I didn't have to uninstall but, I am getting a nice pop-up ad that is sooooo kind to offer me CA$H for depositing. wow, what a great offer!!!! (heavy sigh & sarcasm) this is for new players for their 1st deposit. now, i am not a computer expert but if they know enough to show my log-on information, wouldn't they know I am not a newbie? and just to make sure I saw it, they have it pop-up again, after I have logged on, hmmm. this was happenning before, for about 3 months, then it magically stopped. I will log on & await the magic to come again. aaaaaarrrggggghhhhhhhhhh ok, I feel better now  papa oh, by the way, welcome to the forum Reg and they usually try hard to avoid these situations, so have a good scream and enjoy the games

Me again. Am i being punished for the "ponzi scheme" comment? I cannot get into 888 at all. I unistalled, reinstalled,no luck, uninstalled, reinstalled, no luck, etc...
It starts loading then freezes. I tried the other poker site mentioned in my older post and it loads up without a problem.
I am really at a loss as to what to do with this site. I enjoy playing poker on 888, yet i almost always have trouble with it.
Dont know, guess i will soon take my money out, uninstall 888 for the last time and stick with the site that i do not have troubles with.

Make sure you delete all you 888 poker files when you uninstall.
My update froze so I just downloaded from the main 888.com page to get the latest version.
Post, then make another post and then post even more.

My update froze the computer completely and there was an install error. But as I could not do anything and had to take the battery out to get it to even turn off.
When I got the system up and going again I could not open the poker client or even uninstall as he would come up with just a message INSTALL could not open.
So have done a total restore and reinstalled. UNREAL

hi i downloaded the poker coach however my norton security has removed this software warning of high risk and supisious activity on my 888 poker acc,anyone had this happen to them & what sh i do??Darren
