Hi all. To start, i am going to mention something that i suggested months ago and still do not have it...its a "X" or "cancel" button. Sometimes i get the cards coming up and thats it. There is no way to cancel it unless i restarts computer.
My issue right now is that when i tries to start 888, i get this..." our software has been recently upgraded. You will be asked to approve the update to the new version".
I clicked OK and nothing happens. I even ran it as administrator and still nothing.
Why do it not update when i clicks OK?

Welcome to the community Reg!
I'll have this issue looked into ASAP for you and, just so you know, you idea has also been passed on about the cancel button.
As I am sure these questions will be asked of me, can you please let me know:
1. What type of Operating System are you on? 2. Who is your is your internet service provider?
Thanks!

If anyone is having to restart their pc because 888 poker has not opened correctly ( i.e the cards keep going but the actual site does not open) there is a shorter way to restart it. Open your task manager (Ctrl-Alt-delete) Click the Processes tab Scroll down to the poker.exe, highlight it and press end task. This can be done in a few seconds and saves you rebooting your PC.
Post, then make another post and then post even more.

Also, i still cannot access the 888 site. I get the same message about upgrading and when i click ok, nothing happens. Is there something i can do to fix this without uninstalling 888 and then downloading the software again? Thanks!

I think reinstalling is your best option and maybe your only one.
