Hi guys I've just tried to enter the casino mix up freeroll (5pm GMT start time) and its saying that I'm not eligible to enter! I played in the casino on Thursday, as I do every week, to enter this freeroll and it won't let me enter. Any idea? anyone?

Did you get your normal email?
The best thing to do is to tell support ASAP and hope there is somebody on duty who can have you uploaded.
Post, then make another post and then post even more.

Thanks for your quick reply Chris. I've got to admit I can't remember if I got the email or not, but I cleared out my emails yesterday  I don't think I'll get in now so I'll leave it and make sure I get the email in future. The only thing I can think of is that I won a couple of dollars with the free spins I received and maybe it doesn't count as playing in the casino if you use your 'winnings' from the free spins?? Hope that makes sense lol. Bit annoyed if thats the case though as I really enjoy this freeroll and it means I 'won' yet 'lost' if that makes sense (once again)

Not 100% sure if the slots count ......I always stick to roulette $1 on red or black works every time hope you get in next week

If its an hotmail account you can go to your deleted emails for at least from a week ago
