Hei ..I have a big problem ..can anyone somehow (would help a lot cause support always answers..late) check it out? Wrote..a lot of emails already..my account was disabled 1 hour ago..but I am a verified member and an active player..can you check my situation? My username is neapuiu1 , I am not related to anyone who is multiple accounter..and I really love 888 and would be great if you can help me.In the past had some problems..but got it sort it out,if anyone can check my situation would be great especially cause I did not receive any email telling what I did wrong. Regards, Dan (btw..i am sure i did not do anything wrong,i am kind of desperate lol..tommorow had in plan ..playing some tourneys)

Hi Dan (again) I have already explained to you, in answer to your PM, that we are unable to deal with these type of issues in the community. We do not have the tools, information or security clearance to access details regarding 888 poker accounts, just community ones. Posting your problem here will not get it resolved any quicker. Your only course of action is to contact support@888poker.com .

Not necesarily Sean..Gil did this too..in my opinion is not fair to close this topic when in past users have been helped.

I need help..I did not do anything wrong and I did not receive at least 1 mail regarding closing account!..And..like usual, support will answer in 5 days..

As already explained we simply do not have access to information regarding 888 poker accounts.
Some members have been helped under certain circumstances in the past but that is no longer the case. All such issues are now only dealt with by the support address already provided.

Still no damn answer..even if I wrote already 7 emails,I dont know how anybody can temporarily disable account without sending a damn mail saying what I did wrong!!!.. It is unnaceptable,username is neapuiu1 ,please help me..to get the case rezolved.

I registered at 888poker and freerolls I won $ 60 so my brother wanted to play at 888poker also then it is registered too. He did a deposit of $ 25.00 since that time my account is suspended. The same day I contact support and I send my own identity and my brother to do the same thing. 48 hours after I received nothing and my account still suspended and my brother. the account of my brother has about $ 13 and my account $ 64.
At the moment I can not find 888poker honest and I am very disappointed but maybe that will change shortly

Hi Sonia  Welcome to the community! It can take a few days for accounts to go through the verifying process and certain departments work on a skeleton staff over the weekend. If you have not been contacted Tues next week then you might try a follow up mail to support.
