I understand your frustration but these things do take a few days Sonia.
We are unable to help regarding these types of issues here in the community as we do not have access/security clearance to accounts/information necessary.
Your only course of action is to wait until you are contacted by support.

more often than not the get sorted out ,,,,sometimes it takes longer than we want but thats life ....but good to hear its fixed

Yes - am glad 888 sorted it out too I came to 888 from another site as I had similar happen on that site - thankfully that problem caused me to transfer to the best site online

maybe 888 could add to their Q & A page
things like 1 bonus per I.P. address etc
so punters understand all the hurdles
i got caught out all those years back
when opening my poker a/c on me m8s PC
