The option to withdraw back to my bank card as gone because i have not deposited since Febuary when i joined 888,even though i've withdrawn in that time my card as been removed from withdraw options in cashier I contacted support and this is how it went.......... you: i have paypal wire transfer or bank draft but the card option is gone 888: The option to cashout using to card is not available you: lol no **** you: thats why im contacting u you: wheres it gone and why ? 888: You will need to deposit with the option to get it as a cashout. you: i have b4 888: The deposit with the option has to be within 8 months you: theres a card in my deposit options that ive used,you havn't removed that 888: sorry 6mnths 888: The last deposit with the option was in February. you: so do i have to use that card even though i don't need to deposit ? 888: In order to have the option
So basically i have to deposit even though i want to withdraw,how ****ed up is that

i must say i do wonder wether 888 ever think of how they treat their costomers ...... many things listed on the forum .... i know sean does his best but sometimes i dont think managment have ears. things like the exchange rate is just a rip off .... i dont know what editing wkd did but glad most of it was kept in.

Well when this happened to me it was after 12 months, so has this changed yet again? it had been about 14 months for me on a deposit.
Smacks of the right hand don't know what the left hands is doing yet again.

i think your missing the point big time
that is what i have had to do,but why should i be forced to deposit ? when they have my money,
it's like you paying money into bank every week then when you want it back they say you can only if you put some more in
do you go to the bookies after a win and they say we're not paying you unles you have another bet ?????
also if the card is invalid after 6 months why is it still in my deposit options and i can use it,if it's invalid and removed for withdrawel why is it still valid for deposit ? they cant have it both ways
ill lose money on the 10 in 10 out as well ,although it will be a small amount it's still a **** take

gotta agree 100% with u here m8 why should u have to deposit to be able to withdraw by card your details should not be remove every 6mths its another way to get u deposit imo and lots of strange rules with 888 i must say also 888 where has all my history gone within the cashier it only goes back 2mths now.......... i now have no history in there or anyway to check back 6mths or more ?????????
