not my best editing of a post above, but i cant be sure on this result if somebody could explain why this has happend?'

ok lets start, its an ALL IN satellite and three of us left with the same amount of chips as photo shows. now how come i finish 3rd and miss out on the seat to the friday challenge yet my hand was better than the 2nd place finisher, my queen high against the jack high?

not much help are you apachetear?......dont you know the concept of an all in satellite tournament? obv not but nevermind. anyway because i was the button the small blind gets presendence to finish 2nd and the seat even thou we had the same chips and i had the better hand. so in this situation the player on the button against the blinds has a disadvantage in an all in situation according to the reply i got from support. me and the small blind have the same amount of chips and both got beat by the big blind, as you were on the button, the small blind gets chosen....hmmmmm dosnt say anything like that in the all in policy. are well but i do have the better hand...right? now if this was a live tournament would it be the same outcome? i dont think so but i could be wrong, 3 allins two with the same amount of chips, 3rd player chipleader and wins, now how you sort out finishing positions with the two other guys? both got the same amount of chips but ozzy you have the best hand out the two of you!!! you will finish 3rd and we let the other guy get 2nd ok. really!!!

ooops , sorry did not know it was an all in sat.  the winner should have been you ..the only way it should have fallen to the blind is if indeed the two of you held same cards IE: Q-9 Q-9 or some such but am sure you know what I mean . pretty sure that is how it would be handled live.

nice one glad you know the point im trying to make, interesting thou what should be the result and what should be the normal rule of this hand. contacted support and there response was because i was on the button therefore the small blind gets the advantage with the weaker hand and therefor wins a seat worth $33 and i get $6.80 hmmm ITS A VERY GOOD POINT to bring up! is it the way the software works on these all in tounaments when this situation comes up or is that a poker rule that made me come third. anyway im not that grumpy about it, but what if it had been the sunday night all in satellite when your seat is worth $90 or even the tuesday worth $109??.   also like to point out a side point that support response was only 9 hours after i emaled them WOW how quick was that for 888, hopefully they keep up this time response and hopefully a lasting improvement(we all know how slow they can be)

3 allin same chips, i have best hand pre flop, i have best hand after the flop, i have best hand on the turn, i have 2nd best hand on the river, i finish 3rd ??????
