totally gutted!
I was happy to see the qualifier up for this, only to find it cancelled 2 hours before it was to start.
why?
1.because they hit their minimum # of players in the main tournie?
2.because they lost $1.5k in the last qualifier?
3.because the big money players, don't want to play qualifiers?
1. don't see why it would matter.
2. don't supply a seat unless the minimum is met, pay 1st place only. let the player decide if they wish to pay the difference
3. I can understand that, but why have a qualifier to begin with?
has me wondering, why the tournie was listed. to entice people to deposit into 888. I better sign off now, before I say something I shouldn't.
this may not seem like a big deal to most of you, but the accumulative effect is very frustrating.

 Haha... whats this all about then... The Brick..... 100000002000 smackerooney's to enter!! LoL.. not the next step up from the biggest tourny at say.... 300  or even 500  or a off the scale 1000 tourny  but i see a tourney costing 1000000000000000222200000000000 to enter!!!!! lol made me laugh

Yep It don't affect me but thought I'd show abit of support
Lets give 888 a chance to explain why first.
but it doesn't look good atm.

Gutted for you Jack. Was looking forward to watching that game and hoping you'd do well. It would have been a good marker for others following in your footsteps too.

I suppose they didn't want to run it anyway, as it was only listed for a few hours and cancelled 2 hours before it was to start. I think, that is what irks me the most.
I know it was there 1st kick at this type of tournie and I hope they have learned from it, but PLEASE be consistant.

i dont suppose the 888 exchange rates had anything to do with it
coz when you multiply the discrepency by the numbers required to buy-in
youve gotta 5star nites acomm at a live game
or airfare to get to one
my thoughts on the brick

yep it was listed a few hours before it was about to start. now that is strange why not list it a week in advance at least??? a new tourny & not your average one either, maybe marketting it .. or maybe not. just a ovservation... {ps} any chanche of a buck sat to it??? climbing the lader is the best but the view can get distorted.
