Switch to Forum Live View is this the worst technical support ever?

i post here because im really pissed with 888poker support
1st off all they never fix nothing, and the most stupid thing they temporarily disable an account because of a 10 dollar round of blackjack wich was the last one, just to check what happened, (and i bet in the end they will get some excuse to not give the money as they always do)
the thing is that in this time as they dont have LIVE Chat and take ages to answer i loose my tickets for more than 3 freerolls
im waiting for my 40 dollar freeplay in blackjack that i dont know when will it come, and im waiting for near 50 dolars from yesterday s double odd in the champions league

so i want to know why the hell such a know site have such a terrible support?
in every single aspect is the worst ive ever witnessed and ive been in
bet365 bettilt pokerstars betclic betfair 10bet sportingbet fantasticwin fulltilt unibet dhoze bet at home oddsring titanbet etc
and i have never ever ever seen such a useless and hard to get support...

do you agree?

my account vitord111 is temporarily disabled and i need it for today just because of a mistake of the calculations in blackjack for a 10 dolar bet...
instead of just checking it they block it today the day i have toons of promos going!
and they dont answer cause theres no live chat!

ive been reading a lot of people having trouble like me
cassava enterprise basically are thieves and they try every scheme to steal everyone
now they contact me to say i need to have the account closed for 48 hours
and i cant even contact by phone
hmmm we will see what i will do, but 1 thing is certain
no one will steal my money and laugh
NO ONE!

Finally!! And the issue whas only from their point of view and as you know they where wrong. Thanks Wkd and Sean for finally sorting this out.
