I started playing on 888poker this week and after a few days of playing and earning a few dollars my account got suspended in the middle of sit and go tournament which I was leading. It took over 10 hours before they informed that I've been suspected to be part of fraudulent activity. I informed with multiple emails that I've done nothing wrong and they should open my account. This time it took almost 48 h them to answer my emails and this is the answer I got:

This is the Operations Team at 888poker and we are contacting you with regards to your account with username "XXXXXX".

We have reviewed your account and also your game history. Whilst reviewing your game history we see suspicious gaming activity which indicates that you have been participating in the transfer of money on our tables. As previously explained to you, this is when one member intentionally loses to another member so money can be transferred.

We are in particular concerned with your gameplay with the following members:

Naming players under investigation is against the rules and regulations of this community.

Using our tables to transfer money is strictly against our Terms and Conditions and will not be tolerated.

In our Terms and Conditions which you agreed to upon opening your account you declare that the source of funds used by you for gambling on the Site is not illegal and that you will not use the Service in any way as a money transfer system. You will not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent activity or prohibited transaction (including money laundering) under the laws of any jurisdiction that applies to you.

Please provide any information you feel may be relevant regarding your recent actions on our tables. In the meantime your account will remain blocked and no funds will be returned.

Operations Team

I have idea what they are talking about. I haven't lost a single hand intentionally and I have no clue who are behind those usernames. I informed them that I would like to have some proof or examples of my "suspicious" gaming activity.

Could someone help me and so we could sort this out? It is very frustrating that it takes so damn long  from them to answer my emails and when they answer they don't really give me anything to work with.

I guess something has thrown up a red flag and is being investigated whatever it is.

Only the operations department can deal with your issue and they will be in contact as soon as it is resolved.
Will all my888poker members please ensure they have their 888poker player name in their profile.

Well, something must have happened for them to suspect you. Hope you get it sorted out.

Are you trying to say that I'm a fraud?
This is ridiculous. I've played many years on Pokerstars and I haven't had any problems with them and all of a sudden when I start playing on 888poker this happens. It's not a huge amount of money stuck in the account but still this is just very weird.
Is it normal that it takes so damn long from them to answer emails? And how could I find my accounts hand history when I can't log in?
Thank you in advance.

All due respect, I remember having a go at S n G and being big stack bully when the blinds have gone up you get to know that after all that hard work players can catch up in a heartbeat. In this situation I sometimes feel that it is easier to get to the bubble if there are 2 big stack bullies, just incase you've been dealt a load of rubbish and then someone else gets to stick it to the short stack. Is that fraudulent or good tactical gameplay?
Sounds petty over S n G games to be accused of such a thing. Hope it gets sorted out for you.

My account has also been blocked now for 6 days, all i asked for was SNG's and Ring games to be blocked the same as pokerstars offer and only play MTT's.

They have sent me an email back saying that they cannot block ring or SNG's games but they can block all games.

So they have no went ahead and just blocked my account completely!

I have called them 3 times to speak with a manager but can you beleive it, managers don't take calls at 888 poker.

Still waiting on a reply now, so it takes 2 days to get any kind of response, then if the issue isn't resolved you have to email them again which takes another 2 days to get a reply.

I'm putting my phone number on here so i hope someone has the sense to contact me.

Phone number removed for members own security. Please remember this is an open forum which can be viewed by anybody.
