I have some problems in 2017. 
I completed already 6 quests, but did not receive any tickets or bonuses.
Also i contacted suport 3 times already, but did not receive any answer.
Also i steped up level 5 and 10, and did not receive any email and any bonuses.
Could anybody help me with this issue?

We are unable to access players accounts here so you need to contact support@888poker.com again asking for an update as to why.

Have you ever made any deposits? You won't get promo stuff until you make your first deposit. That's the only thing I can think of if you're not getting anything.

Came on to say the same thing,however a slight difference is I am getting notice pop ups saying, Bonus of $sum is now waiting in your account but I can see nothing has gone in. I have completed the entire Treasure quest and am due about 3 more bonuses in so these correspond to that.
  1. I know there can be glitches about payments but  I have never seen it happen once the notice pops-up. I have logged out and several times yet it still does not appear.

Will do the email route but the never got back to me regards another issue so not sure if it will work. Maybe I;m not high rolling enough for them to get back to me :)

It could be a few different things:

- the popups can be bugged and display wrong info, like maybe you won a ticket instead of $50 (one guy won like $35 billion in his popup lol)...check if any tickets or anything else went into your account unexpectedly

- the cash bonuses normally take 2-3 days to hit your account from when you win them

- if support is losing your emails, welcome to the club :) They are ultra slow (4-7 days currently), but also they do routinely lose/ignore emails as well. If you haven't heard back after a week write another email 

general pro tip: once you find a support guy that does good work for you, remember his name use ATTTN: in the subject field in your future dealings with support...doesn't always work but cuts down on a lot of nonsense

Hi,Florin. Thanks for the reply. The money eventually ended up in my account so I guess it was a glitch as you said.
Have to say though that it is quite a sad indictment of 888' s support system that they have a reputation for ignoring or losing emails. Not a reputation I would want if I was running a business.

Hi Guys,
I just hit the same wall as you did. 2 Challenges done(Level 10 and "Hand of the Day") and neither did i receive the promised scratch card or the ticket to the $4000 Pyramid All-In Tournament. In fact, not even the "Hand of the Day" achievement was triggered. And yes, I am 100% sure it was the correct hand at the correct time in the correct limits. Is there any other place, other than e-mails and notifications where i can find the scratch cards or the tournament ticket? Any advice is appreciated.

Hi Markus  sometimes some of the promotions will not give you anything unless you have made a cash deposit into your poker account.  On day one of the hand of the day I hit 88  three times and did not get anything.  Yesterday and today I have got the hand of the day tickets,  So it could be a time thing? Part way through yesterday I received a message saying hand of the day was 72 so I guess it could be the time clock they use.  i had 72  three times in the morning and won with 2 if them but did not get a ticket til yesterday evening when I hit with 72 again.
Screen shot any challenge messages you win or offers of scratch cards and attach this to an email to support.  I did when i did not receive something and they were really good at sorting out my issue.  Hope this helps
