Hi m8s sorry for another rant but can someone please explain where the reward is here in this scenario?  I climbed 8 levels before being granted a scratchcard and for once it was not a casino bonus.  It was a $10 cash bonus that I had to unlock by playing over 50 raked snap cash hands at 2c/5c or above within 7 days.  I thought great Ill give it a go as I dont usually play snap and I enjoyed it and made a few quid and had alot of fun in the process.  I eventually completed the rake challenge and unlocked the cash and out of curiosity I checked to see if there are wagering requirements and yep there sure is. 30x got to put $300 at risk.

Am I being unreasonable for saying that I already have put enough at risk just to unlock the bloody thing.  Bonuses are always a debatable thing on 888 but I didnt see this 1 until it slapped me in the face.  How does 888 expect to make new customers and keep them happy when they cannot treat their longterm customers with respect.

If I was aware that wagering requirements applied after unlocking it I wouldnt have bothered like the casino bonuses that I just reject.

They don't give a monkey's arse, why make it easy or just give you it. but no like them all 888 have just become greedy little ****'s and got to pay for sponsoring their pros and the WSOP some how. For a company that says its poker orintated they don't give a **** about their clients. Thats why I can't be bothered with 888 and poker any more........

WHY ARE 888 unable to sort out their server issuses.
or are there other gremlins at work?

You are right that they dont listen to us or give a shit about what we have to say and it will be 888s downfall because they wont always be in this comfort zone they are in at the moment with little competition.  Partypoker is growing fast and 888 should be concerned and do more to keep players happy.

Over the last two months they have made it harder to multi table and turned the reward freerolls into free for all crapshoots.  I was on ipoker when at peak times there were 40000 players online and they changed the software like 888 did and made other changes and within 1 year or so went from 40000 to 7000 at best and it was 888 who benefited from that and now they are in jeopardy of falling into the same trap.

All 888 has to do is to listen to suggestions and not make critcal changes without surveying its clientele first.

Change the software back to allow easier multitabling and put an option in settings for any1 who likes it the way it is.  Change blind structure of $1000-$4000 reward freerolls to more poker-orientated blinds.  Make wagering requirements more achievable and abolish them when one has to wager to unlock it in first place.  Ask players to confirm ID immediately upon registration and give them 14 days to do so to avoid account closures happening without warning.  And to increase participation on this platform when a player signs up give an option for the new player to create a forum account and explain the advantages of participating on the social part of the site.

I am happy with 888 in terms of the games they offer and they are extremely generous when it comes to the money on offer but having fun on the site and being able to play poker the way it is meant to be played is more important to me than making a quick buck.

Please feel free to post your response to my suggestions and let me know what you like and dislike and please post things you would change on the site.
