Switch to Forum Live View Multitude of bugs in software

I have put up with glitches since I have been on 888 but it is getting ridiculous now.
My software is so buggy now it is actually making me lose games!

It was just annoying when,for example, I have old tickets saying 'in use'  in my ticket box (for months now) or being able to buy a ticket for a tournament with gold coins that had stopped days before.
But now I have a  'daily spin' pop-up evertime I change pages saying 'sorry you've already played this spin'  but worse of all was the times when no matter what I chose to do , Check,Raise or Fold, the software folded me regardless.

This isn't just annoying now,it's interfering with my game play.

Perhaps a suggestion would be for the programmers to spend more time on fixing the software than coming up with themes for the next promotion.

It has to be in your own interest too as it is beyond doubt that you will be losing players due to this.
If the 'auto-fold' bug repeats itself then I will have no choice but to go elsewhere.

I have reported some glitches over the last few days and have been informed that the tech guys are working to resolve them.

The "you have already played" pop up can be avoided by not spinning the wheel until you switch off your poker later in the day. It only happens after you have spun it Wink

With regard to your "in use" tickets, please report this to support@888poker.com asking them to have them removed. If you get no joy from them please try the support on twitter @888support who are extremely helpful, although the guy who helps me is on holiday for a couple of weeks at the moment.
Will all my888poker members please ensure they have their 888poker player name in their profile.

quick update
my tickets that were stuck have been removed so asking does work Laughing

My lobby and other stuff seems to be running faster too 
Will all my888poker members please ensure they have their 888poker player name in their profile.

Have "in use" tickets from 2013. december :) 

Latest version for me works fine: but

1)every time in "My favorites" diverted to new configuration menu but not to the configured favorite tables
2)every time when I log in I see popup window:


Seriously? I have sent no less 10+, including notarised
