Have played for 2-3 years but first time I like to withdraw.
Put in a request for 400 USD to the same bank account I did deposit from.
Takes three days and gets reversed with no explanation.

Now been trying for next 48 to get response from email, twitter or chat but nothing is working.
This is silly and really frustrating a loyal player.

Anybody has any advice ???
Management can step in ??

Only support@888poker.com can assist you with this issue as we are unable to access players accounts in the community.  Try the live chat in the cashier, it worked for me the other day.

GL.

Will all my888poker members please ensure they have their 888poker player name in their profile.

Yes, I have been able to connect with the live chat.
I am still frustrated with the time this takes but hey 888 is not my only option ----

i am really happy with what 888 is doing here(seldom happy with 888 tbh), but knowing that many acounts are cracked everyday on skrill, paypal, etc, i am happy that it isnt that easy to steal your bucks on 888. and if you cant afford to wait up to 3-4 days till they send "your hard earned cash" you should stop playing poker or you are are one of them cheaters. i give 888 a ten out of ten in this case lol

I have always found the best way to do withdrawls is do them like your wages. So every month say for example you pick the 25th, you know that your money will be paid in your account by the begining of the next month.
So work out the bank roll you need for your games and then you withdraw anything over at the end of the month or build it up for playing the next buyins for games.

Trust me guys, the problem is not that I can't miss the money.  I have had plenty of balance for years and just wanted to cash out some from various sites. My frustration is that 888 does not seem to like me to withdraw.  Until today - more than 8 days - I have not received email responses.

And yesterday after I had connected via live chat on Sunday and solved a documents issue from 2016 they have canceled the withdrawal for the second time with no reason.

To me this feels like they don't understand I am actually the customer and paying them the daily rakes.
