As many of you may already know, we have experienced intermittent disruptions of our service to you due to DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks. This has affected our ability to provide you with a comprehensive poker experience.
On behalf of the team, I apologise for the inconvenience caused and want you to know that the entire 888poker Team continues to work diligently to mitigate these attacks. Addressing technical issues, outstanding member concerns and restoring normalcy to our poker room is our top priority.

Can you say anything about the procedures of paying back the people affected? And what was the reason tournaments didn't get cancelled? (Now a bunch of people unfairly won large amounts of money and vise versa) Will we get a rollback? Or is that too late now.
For me, I was looking forward to play the bountybuilder event & main event, will we get another chance at those? :) Stay strong!

Yes i too would like to say Thank-You to Sean for giving us some information with regards to this problem...started having problems logging in 3 days ago but this is now the 2nd full day i cannot get access to my Poker games / tickets or even make bets.
Only just bought a number of torney tickets too (such luck) so the longer this problem continues the less time i/we shall have to play them.
This is the modern age i'm afraid...and these attacks on such sites do appear to becoming more regular (who knows why? 888 SHOULD be secure enough to portect our accounts?) so hopefully 888 will have good software & protective safeguards in place.
It is frustrating & i have read some snide comments...but these things happen!
888 i have no doubts are trying to get everyone back online as quickly as they can but some have been having problems for 4 or 5 days now which is rather a long time!
Such a shame as i will still back 888 as one of (if not THE) BEST Poker, Casino, Betting sites on the web, the design & graphics of their poker tables are friendly & welcoming (unlike some) & are easy to read, they have even made good changes to things like BONUSES & WHERE you stand with them.
So not good this has happened but i am sure their software experts are addressing this issue but yeah i am missing the poker tables & making bets right now.

Thanks for the update Sean...it's been a vey frustrating time, and while many may be looking for some sort of compensation for lost tickets and buy in fees, I am just hoping for a chance to play poker. Clean house and lets get going.

i managed tp play today for about an hour, just tried logging on again and the site seems to be down again. anyone else having issues today

Yes me I have been away for a week and the site was playing up before I went, I was hoping to come back to find the issues resolved, ufortunatly not, I have been trying to log on all evening without success Ho Hum ill keep trying.

I see there has been a few problems the last week or so. I have tried to log in tonight and it says keep retrying or contact a member of support, anyone else having issues?
