I never get any special emails. What do I need to do? you have my email addy and I get the standard emails just not any of the good ones.
I get fancy popups every time I sign in along with an invite to the cashier but never get any emails with special offers to show how much you care about me being here or not being here..
You do care right?

Of course I care Rod.  But unfortunately it is not up to me, it is support@888poker.com that you need to contact. Send them your username and email address confirming that you wish to receieve all promotional information. Hopefully you won't be missing out again.

i had same problem as zockgott, i emailed them and they said i didnt qualify for the sept freeroll but the oct freeroll, but they let me enter the sept freeroll for the inconvinience, much appreciated 888 thanks

I am not even sure why you have posted it as you have given no other information but if you are trying to get help regarding the 'bonus box' you will need to contact support@888poker.com as others have done. Any queries regarding promotions are dealt with by them and not within the community.
