hello i'm trying to get into the meet the new members freeroll may 10 2012 13:30 and it says i'm not eligible, i'm a new member only been here since april 23 2012. how to i get in on this tournament?

I just checked your account and you didn't put your real poker name in your profile under 888poker user name so you would not have uploaded to be elligable for this game so you need to do it now to try and be elligable for next months new member games.
Go into MY HUB on the menu on the top right han side then PROFILE on the menu on the left hand side then EDIT PROFILE and put your user name in the box provided.

Not for this months games as the lists were updated already and you have missed it.

Hi iount :) Welcome to the community! I see you joined us yesterday which unfortunately was a day to late for this months New Members Freeroll. The elgible new members had already been uploaded to the tournament. You will be eligible to play next month. Sorry for the disappointment. In the mean time if you would like to join us in our other My.888poker tournaments you will find all the information and the passwords here..... http://my.888poker.com/passwords All our tournaments are under the Restricted Tab in the main lobby prefixed with the title My.888Poker.. They are a great way to get to know us all. ;)

Hi Bruno :) As you only joined today you are unfortunately too late for the upload to this months New Members Freeroll which was done a few days ago, you will however be able to play next months tournament. Sorry for the disappointment.
