Yes they called me and the 3 numbers you were given dont work for me. The mod gave me
another number that worked, but you have to pay for, he told me I should tell them , when
I use that number to call me back. And that the normal hotline is working for other germans
and that I should contact my telefoncompany why it does not work for me.

Ok at least you know what the problem is now and can maybe contact your phone company and ask them why the numbers don't work for you.
