give a bit of a clue ...... how much did you take out and was it trans from a us$ acc to an account in a different curencey...eg $AUS ....... or are you saying you took out $150 and did not get a credit?

lol unlike Andy i will make this simple...if you do not cash out in dollars 888 will charge around an 8% fee in the exchange rate something that cost me round 2k i think over a 12 month period once...so email 888 support and ask that all transactions are done in dollars that way it will be your bank who decides the rate you get and not 888 gl!

Hi Jamie
im sorry but your £150 has gone ..... and you will never get it back ...... as chesh says 888 rips you off on exchanges rates ..... unlike one of their poker rivals 888 don't offer standard exchange rates to their coustomers .... they charge you a massive comission.... there are ways round it if you know what your doing ..... but the generally they charge your 4-5% on deposits and 4-6 to take it out ..... its a con and a sour point with many costomers ..... management knows about it but dont want to change it..... as it makes them 10% from most costomers...... and then they wonder why the are not number one in the poker providers

have a read of this thread

All i can say you have to work hard to make sure you dont get ripped off..... but i think your missing £150 is gone to the 888 share holders.... never to be seen by you again

but gl with you fight

If you don't want 888's exchange rates then choose the USD option in the withdrawal page or email support and ask them to change your account to USD then your bank will handle all exchanges at their rate.
