I have to agree with you, tv poker is a good way to cure insomnia. Having been in that situation a couple of times, I can tell you, that nerves play a big role in it. The producers try to get the players to "chat it up", but a lot of the pros don't want the so called amateurs to relax, its not to their benefit. Which is a shame, as it is killing the golden goose. If the more experienced players started things off, the rest would jump right in. Just asking them how they got there,...

hi seed, i used to take the "break" as well, but all i seemed to do, is miss out on a lot of poker. now if i get that screaming feeling, i shut it down for the day. no use banging my head against the wall, i jump back on the horse tomorrow. seems to work for me, or you could try the slump cure, they used in 'major league' sacrifice a chicken, lol good luck jack
