        Wow, just a day after writing this I win a few dollars in a tournament. Sounds good, right? NOPE, I just won back the monopoly money they call bonus cash that I had preciously lost. It will disappear from my account in another few weeks. Pfffttt. Waste of effort.

        Hi, yeah it is a complete and utter joke and has been all week, I have managed to not deposit any money thank god but have had 888 on for huge chunks of time, you are right it crashes constantly, the page I have seen most this week on the web is reconnecting, support clearly don't give the slightest damn neither do tech side, the site is nothing but a joke across the web at the moment and its been a full week comprising 3 days of being unable to connect and 4 of watching the spinning up yours...

        And here's a surprise 2+ hours now today completely unable to log on again as last week, lmao just a joke and there's no point in complaining I wonder why my spend here has dropped from $20-30k a year to nearly 0?

        you just finished saying that the starting chips are $1000 right? So is this a "late registration"? I've joined tourneys late and started with an exact amount, lower then others. It does seem that the system favors late entries too. It's a very lose site and feeds the newbies belief, yet they seldom hold on to their profits and whind up losing it to the seasoned players. So just take in what you've learned and play around it. There's always a way to take advantage of a situation.

        Not by sending 5 freeroll ticket that expires on the same day that will calm the players.
        This is ridiculous.
        5 tickets for ONE tourney on a sunday with an expiry date on the monday.
        Not mentionning getting booted out of that tourney.
        Besides, since 4 days every time I connect, I get a reminder that game xxx has ended while I was disconnected.

    I have been contacting support for the past 12 Days by mail and telephone . Up to yesterday ,each person each person I spoke to in support had told me that they were experiencing technical issues on the 1st February , and that they would escalate my problem to the relevant department . But today , when I spoke to support , she said that they were not having technical problems on the 1st. February .... I asked her to send me this confirmation by mail , which she did . Now , if someone checks all our conversations on the telephone , they would find that each time Support informed and confirmed to me that they were having technical problems on the 1st . My question is simple , why the turn round suddenly . I have also checked with other members , and they also confirm having problems on the 1st. The game in question was : CARUARU (ROYAL JACKPOT) ON THE 1ST FEB. AT 5:55 PM ,$100 . THIS GAME WAS FAULTY FROM THE START , AND FROZE OVER 4 TIMES , AND WOULD NOT LET ME PLAY , NOR GET OUT OF THE GAME. Support's final remark today was that since 888 were not having technical issues , then they were not at fault , please also bear in mind that on the 4th. when they first answered by E-Mail to me , they gave me a $5 hand out ... I did not want a hand out , if there were technical problems then as per your rules my buy in should be returned . Please advise

    I would like to point out that on the 1st.February I played in Cash games and Sit and go's, and also tournaments. During these games the site crashed many times , and froze while I was playing . I contacted support by letter and then followed up by telephone . They confirmed that they were having technical issues on the 1st. February . As per your rules : •A player who is disconnected in the middle of a hand due to a Server crash, will be automatically refunded the amount of their Chips, both in and out of play at the table. This amount will be returned to their 888poker Bankroll. Therefore ,if 888 were having technical issues on the 1st. February , then my Buy In's should be credited to my account . MY QUESTION IS : CAN YOU PLEASE INFORM ME IF INDEED 888 WERE HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES ON THE 1ST. FEBRUARY OF THIS YEAR . I would be thankful for relies to this question.
