Terms and conditions

1. General

  1. This Promotion commences on 03/12/2017 and is an ongoing Promotion, currently without an end date, we will provide reasonable notice of when the Promotion is to come to an end (the “Promotion Period”). However, we may conclude the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period including without limitation, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances.
  2. No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Site and the 888poker client under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.
  3. For security and verification purposes, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; or (iii) one per mobile device.
  4. The 100% up to £800/€800 welcome bonus package equates to the 100% up to $1000 on the Site, which is the amount and currency which the bonus package will granted to you and is not subject to changes and fluctuations in the currency exchange rate.
  5. You may only enter this Promotion once.
  6. During their engagement period and for a period of 24 months thereafter, none of our officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents or any other company within our group of companies or our suppliers, vendors or white label partners are permitted to participate in the Promotion, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose 'relative' means any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
  7. If you register or play in the UK:

    You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the 'UK User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the 'Bonus Policy'.

    The amount you are able to withdraw from your account, is subject to the Withdrawal Policy. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll.

    If we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus (as further described in Section 9.2 (k) in the Terms of Service) then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the Terms of Service; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with the 'UK User Agreement'.

    If you do not register or play in the UK:

    You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the 'User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the 'Bonus Policy.'

    The amount you are able to withdraw from your account is subject to minimum and maximum limits. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll. You can find details of the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits in the 'Withdrawal Policy'.

    With respect to point 21 in the 'Bonus Policy' , if we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the User Agreement; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with such User Agreement'(for customers in European Single Market) or ‘User Agreement’ (for customers outside of the European Single Market.’’

  8. 888poker may vary or cancel any promotion, bonus or special offer at any time. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behaviour, any such variation or cancellation will not apply to you if you have already opted into the promotion, bonus or special, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus or other benefits offered, and/or commenced play in relation to the promotion, bonus or special offer prior to the date of the communication of the variation or cancellation.'
  9. The Welcome Bonus and winnings generated by such bonus on casino games will be cancelled at cashout, if any of the applicable conditions have not been fully completed.
  10. All individuals agree to these terms and conditions, which govern the Promotion, in addition to the "User Agreement" (for customers in the European Single Market) or 'User Agreement' (for customers outside the European Single Market),  which includes, but is not limited to, the "Bonus Policy”.
  11. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
  12. In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us.
  13. Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account.
  14. All Bonus types (incl. Vouchers, their related winnings, and unclaimed Bonus funds) may be forfeited when making a withdrawal.
  15. Deposits made with Skrill and Neteller are not eligible for the offer.

  6. Odds of winning vary between players depending on gaming and deposit activity
  7. In the rare case that the Multiprize Wheel and the ‘Congrats’ pop up message display two different prizes, the correct prize will be determined according to the ‘Congrats’ pop up message. In the event of any data discrepancies, the correct prize will always unequivocally be determined by 888poker’s records.

Below is the list of various prizes awarded for spinning the Multiprize Wheel:

  1. Casino Freeplay Prize
    • The FreePlay prize is available to use with one of the following games: Safari Riches, Sunny Reels, Golden Twins, Doctor Jackpot and Mister Wild, Double Reels, Wild Invasion, Sizzling Hot Jokers Daily Jackpot, Millionaire Genie Scratch, Mad max scratch, Elm St. Scratch. The maximum win per FreePlay is equal to the amount of FreePlay granted unless the player hits the jackpot. For example, if you have $20 FreePlay, your maximum possible win is $20.
    • The Freeplay prize can only be used to play casino games and not poker games on the Site.
    • Freeplay must be used within 14 days of being granted. Any unused free spins and FreePlay will be removed from the account thereafter.
    • Freeplay winnings are granted only after the member has finished playing the entire Freeplay prize.
    • Freeplay winnings may be withdrawn only after a player has accumulated 3 Bonus Points for every $1 of the received Freeplay prize amount by playing casino games via his/her poker account within 90 days.
    • For casino games, one Bonus Point is awarded for every $10 wagered, as detailed in the Site’s Bonus Policy.
    • Bonus may be used on selected games only, when playing Casino.
    • Wins generated through bonus will be capped at $500.
  2. Sports Free Bet Prize
    • In order to receive their Free Bet prize, members must first log in to their sport account using their Site username and password, or by clicking on the 888sport button in the bottom right hand corner of the Site lobby.
    • In order to receive the free bet, members who have never logged in to their sport account at the Site must login to their sports account on the same day that they won the free bet.
    • Eligible members will be granted the free bet within 72 hours from the win.
    • Sports betting through the Site is not available to members from the following countries: Jordan, Kuwait, Philippines, Poland, Thailand, Venezuela and Yemen.
    • The Free Bet value is not included in any bet returns and expires after 7 days.
    • The Free Bet cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
    • The Free Bet must be used in its entirety. It cannot be used to place a succession of smaller bets and cannot be combined with real money stakes.
    • The Free Bet can be redeemed on win Singles and ‘straight line’ Multiples but cannot be redeemed on each way bets or Permutations.
    • This offer is intended for recreational members only.
    • The Free Bet prize is limited to one bet per person, household, computer, email address or payment details per day.
  3. Tournament Ticket Prize
    • A Tournament Ticket can’t be used by a player to re-buy chips or to add chips to his/her stack during a tournament.
    • Tournament Tickets may not be: (i) exchanged or converted into cash; (ii) joined together to create a higher value ticket; or (iii) transferred by a player to another player.
    • Each Tournament Ticket will be granted with an expiry date. If a Tournament Ticket is granted as part of a promotion it will expire on the earlier of: (i) termination or expiration of such promotion or (ii) the expiry date of a Tournament Ticket. Once a Tournament Ticket has expired or the promotion has ended a player shall immediately forfeit such Tournament Ticket.
  4. 888poker Club Points
    • By participating in the 888Poker Club Program players may receive Gold Tokens that may be redeemed for prizes.
    • Players will receive Gold Tokens by climbing to the next Level in the 888Poker Club Program.
    • Players climb a Level when they accumulate the number of Points required to pass such Level.
    • Players may not sell, transfer or barter their Points in any way.
    • Points will be updated on a player’s Points Progress Bar. This will happen instantly, from the moment the points are earned. The Progress Bar can be viewed under ‘My Account’ in the 888poker Club.
    • Points cannot be acquired via games played on 888games.
    • In the event of conflict between the calculations of the Points Progress Bar and 888poker records, 888poker records shall prevail.
    • Points do not have any real monetary value.
  5. 888poker Club Gold Tokens
    • Players may not sell, transfer or barter their Gold Tokens in any way.
    • Gold Tokens do not have any real monetary value.
    • Gold Tokens are only valid for use in the Redeem Page under ‘My Account’ and via the 888poker Online Shop. All 888poker Online Shop T&C apply.
    • A player’s Gold Tokens will expire after 90 days of inactivity on the player's account at 888poker
    • Players are able to redeem Gold Tokens for prizes and various 888poker bonuses and tickets via the 888poker Online Shop and the Redeem Page under ‘My Account’
